Double Blue

I call this style "Double Blue", for version 3.7.x.

The body on this style is set to a width of 80% but I have this style in in a width of 100% also if you would prefer. PM me to get the 100% width.

I also have a modified version of this style. It is exactly the same except that it uses image buttons in the Navbar. If anyone is interested in the button version, PM me.
